The best ways to get involved with North Cascades Audubon Society are to volunteer or become a member.
Membership
North Cascades Audubon Society is 100% volunteer run. Annual membership is separate from National Audubon and we do not receive any contribution from your support of National Audubon. By donating, you become a member of North Cascades Audubon Society, and your money goes directly towards our mission to protect and conserve the birds and wildlife of Whatcom County. Some of the programs you’re supporting are:
Outreach to the public at events, such as the Farmer’s Market
Educational programs across the county at local libraries
Scholarships for graduate student research in areas of conservation
Conservation initiatives including nest boxes, restoring native plants, and bird surveys
Quality programs at our monthly Membership Meetings
