Meet at Whatcom Falls Park parking lot on east side of Woburn south of Whatcom Creek.

Join Richard to walk and bird the Boulder Bend Trail, a relatively new addition to the City of Bellingham trail system, into Whatcom Falls Park from Woburn Street. You can expect to see chickadees, sparrows, wrens, woodpeckers, towhees, juncos, sparrows, finches, and probably a few warblers along this woodland trail. Owls are sometimes found in the park and the habitat can sometimes produce a surprise or two.
