Meet at Semiahmoo County Park parking lot.

Join local birders on the beaches of Semiahmoo Spit, the only designated Important Bird Area in Whatcom County.  Whether you are a beginner or a long-time birder, you will enjoy being part of an amiable group of regular participants on this monthly outing cosponsored by Whatcom County Parks. Beginners will find experienced birders willing to share their  knowledge. Expect to see common loons, grebes, a few ducks and other waterfowl, great blue herons, migratory and resident songbirds, bald eagles and probably a few surprises. Hope to see you there!
