Join NCAS in a visit to Skagit and Samish Flats to observe the glorious sight of winter raptors, swans, geese, and other waterfowl that have migrated to the area.

Time: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Number of Participants: 4 vehicles maximum. Number of participants (maximum 12) will be determined by the number of people able to carpool.
