Please join us at Semiahmoo County Park for spring birding at the only designated Important Bird Area in our county. The emphasis changes to migrant songbirds at this time of year, so after checking out the beaches for resident waterfowl, maybe a few shorebirds and late migrants we may wish to walk the wooded trail along the shore of Dayton Harbor. We should be able to find a variety of species from bald eagles to two species of hummingbirds and from gulls to warblers and other neotropical migrants.
