Join us for a morning stroll along Tennant Lake's boardwalk trail. With the arrival of spring, this wetland ecosystem explodes with life, allowing viewing of many migratory birds that feed and nest in these habitats. Spring arrivals include Willow Flycatchers, Tree Swallows, several warbler species, and Osprey. While the central section of the boardwalk still remains closed after last year's dramatic flooding, several viewpoints are still accessible from which to view wildlife on the lake itself, and numerous nest boxes host nesting swallows. Be mindful of weather; rain can make the boardwalk slippery.
